Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details provided via authentication providers (Clerk / Google).
Usage Data: Information on how you interact with the platform — features used, Play Store URLs submitted, and session patterns — to help us improve the product.
Payment Information: Transaction details for paid subscriptions (processed securely via Dodo Payments; we never store credit card numbers on our servers).
Analysis Content: Play Store app URLs and the AI-generated analysis results associated with your account.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and personalize your Saazio workspace and analysis history.
AI Feature Functionality: To process your submitted Play Store URLs and generate AI-powered insights including pain points, feature requests, competitor analysis, and SaaS ideas.
Product Improvement: To analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and ensure a fast and reliable experience.
Billing & Subscription Management: To process payments, manage plan limits, and notify you of subscription changes.

Secure Infrastructure: We use Convex as our database and backend, with strict access controls and SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure.
Minimal Access: Only authorized personnel have access to backend systems, and only for support and maintenance purposes.

We partner with trusted third parties to power Saazio:

Authentication: Clerk (with Google OAuth) for secure sign-in and account management.
Payments: Dodo Payments for secure billing and subscription management.
Database & Backend: Convex for real-time data storage and server-side logic.
AI Processing: Groq for fast AI inference on review data.
Analytics: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to help us understand usage patterns and improve performance.

Active Accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
Account Deletion: If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and analysis history within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations.

You maintain full control over your data. You have the right to:

Access & Export: Request a copy of your personal data and analysis history.
Rectification: Correct any inaccurate information in your profile.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Withdraw Consent: Opt out of non-essential data collection at any time via your account settings.

Essential Cookies: We use cookies strictly necessary for authentication sessions and user preferences (e.g., sidebar state). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

No Refunds: Due to the high computational costs associated with AI generation and immediate resource allocation, we do not offer refunds. We recommend starting with a smaller plan to ensure the service meets your needs.

Updates: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Saazio after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
