• Free Tier: Free users have access to view sample reports and limited platform features. Paid subscriptions unlock full analysis capabilities and increased usage limits.
• Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) provide additional analyses, features, and priority support based on the selected tier.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
• Account Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

6. Subscription and Billing

• Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated adjustments applied to your next billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused time.

• AI Accuracy: AI-generated insights are based on patterns in review data and may not be 100% accurate. We do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any insights. Use your own judgment.
• Third-Party Data: We rely on publicly available Google Play Store reviews. We do not control the accuracy or completeness of this external data.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our platform.
• Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification
